Project summary:
The European Consumer Centers Network (ECC Network) is an important interface between the European Commission and European consumers, and provides them with information and assistance. The evaluation covered existing ECCs in order to assess the effectiveness and the efficiency of each single ECC, of the network as a whole, and of its management by the European Commission.
