Project summary:
This study included both a) An economic impact assessment of sustainable diets in the EU, involving an economic assessment of the European-wide adoption of healthy and sustainable diets, the socio-economic viability of different EU public policy options to encourage this adoption, and advice on a cost-effective EU policy mix to support the transition; and b) A cost-benefit analysis of pathways to practical implementation of sustainable diets in France, Spain and Sweden.
